The first question that God asks in scripture is this: “Where are you?” God went in pursuit of relationship with humankind, and He still pursues a relationship with you today. Have you ever asked that same question back to God? Have you ever prayed, “God, where are you? How can I connect with you?”
What if the answer to that question lies not only in learning more about God, but also in discovering more about who He created you to be? Even back in the early years of Christianity St. Augustine wrote, “How can you draw close to God when you are far from your own self?” He prayed, “Grant, Lord, that I may know myself that I may know thee.”
Don’t miss the new series, Connecting with God, where you will discover not only how God has uniquely created you as an individual, but how becoming aware of this truth be can be the very key that unlocks the ability for you to connect to God in a deeper way than ever before.
