At the center of God's heart is love for one another. All the scriptures tell us that the Good News is a story of love. The endless desire to join God and his creation. A blessed life can only be achieved through our commitment to living a life in Jesus. If we want to be transformed into the image of Jesus, our hearts should not be focused on self but rather on intentionally loving those around us.

Sure, there are countless groups you're already a part of: your family, co-workers, a sports team, a group of friends. We are designed to live in community with others, and when we are in a stage of life where we feel isolated, our hearts yearn for meaningful connections. Of course we want the love of Jesus to permeate each of these areas of our lives, but for that to happen, we need to follow Jesus closely, “shedding” our old self and letting the Holy Spirit mold us into a new creation. (Ephesians 4:21-24).
