Child Dedication

Child Dedication is a moment in time when, as a parent, you publicly declare a commitment to teach your child what it means to love Jesus and follow His ways.

It is also a time to acknowledge that children are not only gifts from God, but ultimately belong to Him as well - and by doing so, voice your surrender of one of the most beloved and valued parts of your life back to God.

But what does it mean to teach your child to love and follow Jesus? (And...how and where does the church fit into that equation?) Our Child Dedication process is meant to help you explore the answers to these questions and more, and to help set you up for success as you step into such a monumental endeavor. We would be honored to journey with you through this important process!

Our next Child Dedication ceremony will be held on Sunday, April 28th, during the 10:30AM Gathering. We are delighted and thankful for the opportunity to walk this journey with you! Come celebrate with us that Sunday as we join families in their commitment to raise children to know and follow Jesus.

For parents/guardians: Two required classes will take place prior to the Child Dedication event. (Childcare will be provided for the classes if needed...please see the registration info below). You can get more information at the Parent Meeting. You can mark those dates in your calendar now; they are listed below. Please let us know if you plan to participate by registering.
