Pastors of Hope Chapel

Jake and Sarah have served alongside each other in ministry for the past twenty years in diverse contexts, including England, Southern California, and New York City, where they planted a church in 2008 that continues to thrive today. In 2017, they followed God's calling to move to the Kansas City metro to serve as pastors of Hope Chapel (formerly Indian Creek Community Church). Jake is currently completing his D.Min. in organizational leadership (Capital Seminary and Graduate Schools), and Sarah completed her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling (Alliance Graduate School of Counseling). Together, they are passionate about establishing and leading healthy, thriving churches where people can experience whole-life flourishing as they find hope in Jesus and be on a life-long mission to bring hope to others. Jake and Sarah are the proud parents to two children, Caleb and Grace.
